CANCELLATIONS
Only written cancellations received by Friday, August 14, 2026, will be eligible for a refund (less a $100.00 administrative charge). No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this date. Refunds are not available to registrants who do not attend. Substitutions are accepted and encouraged.

HOTEL INFORMATION
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Columbus|Polaris for Monday, September 14, and Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at $185 per night. To receive the OAHP discounted rate, you must conduct your reservations before 5:00 p.m. (ET) on August 21, 2026. The cutoff date is a guideline and does not guarantee availability.

Secure your OAHP discounted hotel room reservation while rooms are available. Reservations with the special rate may be made by phone at (888) 864-8055 and must reference the group “Ohio Association of Health Plans” when making reservations.

The event at your fingertips! Our 2026 event will offer a free mobile app that’s available to anyone with web browsing capabilities (smartphone, tablet, etc.). This allows attendees to keep up to date with the conference details through mobile devices!

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to use and distribute photographs of the registrant’s image. Registrants authorize OAHP to use and publish the same in print and electronically. With this registration, registrants agree that OAHP may use such photographs with or without names and for any lawful purpose, including, for example, such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
