Ohio’s Medicaid Health Plans Launch 2026 Community Reinvestment Collaborative Plan Grant Program
Ohio’s Medicaid health plans are pleased to announce a new statewide funding opportunity through the Community Reinvestment Collaborative Plan (CRCP) Grant Program.
Through CRCP, organizations across Ohio are invited to apply for funding to launch, expand, enhance or sustain evidence-informed, community-based programs that improve health and social outcomes for Ohioans. Funding priorities include maternal and infant health, behavioral health, child wellness and academic success, workforce development and engagement, and social drivers of health.
Applications are due September 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. An informational webinar (August 20, 2026) and a technical assistance session (August 28, 2026) are available to help interested organizations learn more and ask questions about the application process.
Organizations are encouraged to review the full RFA, register for the webinar and technical assistance session, and — if they’d like to share input on community needs and priorities — complete the optional community survey. Questions may be submitted to mcocommunityreinvestment@oahp.org. To review the RFA and apply, CLICK HERE.
